Cheffin’ it Up : Mushroom and Meat

There are times where using the same pan to cook different things is beneficial in cross flavoring the foods. Working on the timing of when to add what is another interesting challenge

Yes the pan was a bit crowded.

Begun with a few strips of Bacon. Added the Steaks. Then last added the sliced mushrooms and chopped Cilanto.
