I am a fan of Whole Wheat pasta. Here it is with a simple Chicken fry.
Garlic is another favourite of mine. I let the chicken marinate in some chopped garlic for a while before cooking.
Cheffin it Tip : Crush some garlic cloves and throw them in the Ghee (or other oil) on low heat. This will infuse the it with garlic flavour.
I do have a habit of drenching the food in some soy sauce and frying them for a short while. It can overpower flavours though so it is not always advised.
