Some more Chefsperimenting today.
Stopped by my moms place and got some Maize and Cassava flour mix and picked some fresh Spinach, Collard Greens and Spring onions.
I kept the dish quite simple but decided to take the chance with flavouring Ugali once more.(Blasphemy!!! hehe)
Chopped some cloves of garlic, some of the spring onions and used about half a teaspoon of powdered turmeric. It could have used more garlic, but it was still a good flavour.
The spinach, collard greens, spring onions mix was steamed with some ghee salt and a pinch of baking soda (Cheffin’ it Tip : baking soda keeps greens green). The eggs and spring onions were scrambled in ghee.
