The general idea for this was modified from a few Palak Paneer recipes.
Red Onions, Chillies, Garlic, Cilantro and Ginger.
Spinach, Carrots and a bit of Broccoli.
The Paneer was previously cut, seasoned with Black Pepper and fried in Ghee. It is then added to the Veggies once they are cooked through.
