Keeping the cycle interesting.
I tried a different technique in frying the Goat kidneys. After lightly browning them in ghee, I added the chopped garlic then covered the pan. This draws moisture out of the Kidney and traps it in the pan.
A wedge of Black Dhanbo Cheese, Macadamia nuts and a salad of Lettuce, Red Bell Peppers and red onions.
