Turmeric is a spice that turns things yellow. It is derived form a root that looks similar to Ginger. It tastes rather delectable and gives off a distinct aroma.
The colour will depend on the amount used. Above it is served with some fried Tilapia fillets n Greep peppers.
More turmeric resulted in a bolder colour. It is accompanied with Mix of Collard greens, Beans and Onions fried in Ghee with a generous dashing of Soy Sauce. (That mix was a spur of the moment idea that could be improved upon)
