Examples of what i cal a Chapadilla. Essentially a quesadilla with a chapati instead of a conventional tortilla. This makes the dish somewhat heavier so I had one for breakfast and another on the next day.
For the filling I used sliced pork-chops that i lightly seasoned , sliced then fried with some red onions. For the first Chapadilla i had brie and for the second used some Monterey-Jack and some button mushrooms.
