This was the meal I had after my first month going Gluten Free.
I miss chapati the most when i go gluten free. This meal with some lightly fried cabbage and a mix of fried kidney and veggies.
Gluten free Diets are a great way to reset possible insulin imbalances and spark your metabolism. I will likely continue to have a month of gluten 2-3 times a year. The cravings do go away so even when you are not on the diet I do not have the urge to eat breads as much as i once did.
