More from my Ketogenic cycle

This was early in the Ketogenic cycle. Boerewors Sausages were a regular source of protein throughout. I will say this again but i am a big fan of how cheese friendly the ketogenic diet is.

to add to the diet, I was also on an intermediate fast throughout. Where i would go about 18 hours without eating.
