It was New years day. I was in san Francisco and decided to ring it in with a nice hearty burger. This is the cool tree I saw walking to the Supermarket

  

Here are most of the ingredients. Brie and Colby Jack Cheese (2 cheeses cause cheese), Bacon, Minced beef, Onions, Mushrooms, Parsley, Red onion and a Bullet pepper. The 3rd pic is the salad with Chunky Cut carrots, lettuce and onions with some raisins and mixed with Ranch dressing.

 

Sometimes I make those flavoured Eddie Murphy RAW burgers. I chopped up onions and parsley and mixed them into the meat then moulded it into a concave patty. (Cheffinit Tip : You make it concave as the middle tends to swell out, this way the Patty maintains its shape)

Once the patty has cooked through you place some cheese on top to begin melting. Burger assembly below.
