This Cabbage wrap was an experiment that kicked off my first Ketogenic Cycle. Was going Gluten free then after this challenged myself to go Keto.
The Fruit salad gave the dish some sweetness. Kiwi, Banana and Avocado with some red chilli peppers for a little kick. Unfortunately with switching to Keto I was not going tot have this high carb combo often. Well it can be had at the right amounts but I tend to purchase my food daily and avoid using the fridge…a banana is 27 carbs on its own :/
in this case a slightly underripe Avocado actually worked out with adding another texture to the dish.
There will be Drippage.
